POINT
・交感神経系の亢進は,血管収縮に伴う静脈系から動脈系への血液再分布を促す.
・心不全患者では,運動時に左室充満圧上昇を伴う息切れが出現しやすい.
・大内臓神経ブロックが左室駆出率の保たれた心不全に対する治療として期待されている.
