「急性増悪イベントが慢性心不全の予後悪化を加速させる」のスキームは本当に正しいか？

POINT
・心不全は，緩徐な増悪スロープに加えて急性増悪を繰り返すことで心機能・全身状態が悪化する．
・心不全患者の生命予後は不良であり，また再入院率は極めて高く，様々な形で“疾病負担”となっている．
・“心不全の病みの軌跡”を解釈するための臨床指標は十分確立されていないが，従来の臨床指標を用いて，繰り返しアセスメントを行うことでイメージを可視化できると考える．
・心不全の診療において，常に治療を見直し，最適化を考慮すべきである．
