POINT
・少子超高齢社会における心リハには，CPXガイドと歩行ガイドのシナリオがある．
・歩行ガイドリハビリのアウトカムは，自立生活の獲得・介護負担の軽減である．
・歩行ガイドリハビリの実践には，回復期病床の活用を軸とした地域連携が必要である．
