POINT
・オンラインによる心リハが求められている背景とは？⇒心リハはClass Ⅰの治療であるが，施設への距離，アクセス，スケジュールの制約など，心リハ参加に対する一般的な障壁が，施設側・患者側の双方向に存在する．
・オンラインによる心リハの患者選択は？⇒患者選択は，リスク層別化およびその目的からも重要である．低リスクから中リスクの患者に対するオンラインによる心リハの通院型心リハに対する非劣性効果が報告されている．
・オンラインによる心リハは令和時代に必要とされる個別化医療⇒心リハのエビデンスプラクティスギャップを打破するには，提供体制の拡大および質的変換が必要である．オンラインによる心リハは，それまで何らかの障壁により心リハに参加できなかった患者への一つの医療提供となりうる．
