POINT
・罹患後も就労を継続する心血管患者に対して，心臓リハビリテーションは有効なプログラムである．
・心血管患者に対する両立（就学・就労）支援は，保険適用となっているが，いまだ普及しておらず，各病院において多職種で対応する必要がある．
