POINT
・サルコペニアとは,加齢に伴う骨格筋量の低下と身体機能の低下を示す.
・心不全患者では,多くの背景因子の影響によりサルコペニアを合併しやすい.
・サルコペニアに対しては包括的心臓リハビリテーションが重要である.
