心臓悪液質のトピックス

Point
・心臓悪液質は，主に慢性心不全における体重減少を中心とした代謝異常である．
・心臓悪液質の病態には，全身性の炎症，食欲低下，筋肉量減少などが関与している．
・主な治療法は栄養療法と運動療法であるが，エビデンスはまだ確立されていない．
