Point
・心臓悪液質は,主に慢性心不全における体重減少を中心とした代謝異常である.
・心臓悪液質の病態には,全身性の炎症,食欲低下,筋肉量減少などが関与している.
・主な治療法は栄養療法と運動療法であるが,エビデンスはまだ確立されていない.
