POINT
・汗乳酸センサを用いて,漸増負荷検査中の汗乳酸値を簡便かつリアルタイムに測定可能である.
・漸増負荷検査中の汗乳酸値の変曲点(汗乳酸性作業閾値)が嫌気性代謝閾値と一致する.
