POINT
●PH-LHDでは，pre-capillary PHの要素および右室機能を含めた病態把握がリスク層別化に重要である．
●安静時の評価では左房圧上昇を認めず，第1群PAHとの鑑別を要するHFpEF症例が存在する．
●PH-LHD治療の基本は，基礎心疾患，併存症へ適切に介入し，左房圧を下げることである．
