POINT
●エポプロステロールを使用しても治療効果の乏しい肺高血圧症には，肺移植を検討する．
●登録には年齢制限がある．適応・除外条件を確認し，計画的に移植実施施設へ紹介する．
●待機中は栄養管理，感染管理，合併症管理，フレイル回避のリハビリテーションを行う．
