POINT
●第4群PHのCTEPHと鑑別を要する疾患として肺動脈肉腫があり，極めて予後不良である．
●サルコイドーシスに関連するPHの原因は多岐にわたる．患者個別の対応が必要である．
●PTTMは担癌患者に併発し，急速に進行する呼吸困難とPHを特徴とする予後不良疾患である．
