在宅心不全患者の栄養管理

Point
●心不全の栄養管理は「減塩・水分制限」「減量」が重要とされてきたが，高齢化が進む現在では，単にこれらだけでの栄養管理内容では不十分であり，治療方針など多角的な評価のもと，個々に応じた栄養指導が必要である．
●1日に3 gの減塩により心血管事故の発症を10〜15%減少させ，1 gでも医療コストの削減に効果がある．
●高齢化が進み，単なる減塩，水分制限，減量だけではなく，個々の症例の病態や治療について理解することが必要である．
