心エコーでどこまで左室拡張機能と左房圧を評価できるのか？

POINT
・左室弛緩能やコンプライアンスの低下の結果，左房圧の上昇が起こる．
・心エコー法では，血流指標，壁動態指標を組み合わせて左室拡張機能評価を行う．
・個々の心エコー指標の精度は必ずしも高くない．
・運動負荷心エコー検査により，運動時の左房圧上昇を診断する．
