POINT
・「保持されたEF(HFpEF)」の定義は様々である.
・疫学研究や心不全治療薬のrandomized control trialの結果から,EFの正常値に性差があることが示唆されている.
・心不全の治療薬を選択する際には,性別とEFを考慮することが鍵となる.
