POINT
・「保持されたEF（HFpEF）」の定義は様々である．
・疫学研究や心不全治療薬のrandomized control trialの結果から，EFの正常値に性差があることが示唆されている．
・心不全の治療薬を選択する際には，性別とEFを考慮することが鍵となる．
