To treat or not to treat?　HFrEFに伴う機能性MR

POINT
・心室性機能性MRは左室リモデリングが原因となり生じ，心不全増悪の悪循環の端緒となる．
・機能性MRはHFrEF症例の生命予後を悪化させる．
・心エコー図検査は機能性MR評価に必要不可欠であり，安静時評価で症状の説明がつかない場合は運動負荷検査を考慮する．
・薬剤治療抵抗性があり，かつ開心術困難な機能性MR症例にとって，MitraClip^® 治療は予後改善のための一手である．
