POINT
・肥大心を見た際，心アミロイドーシス，心Fabry，心サルコイドーシスを鑑別に挙げる．
・ストレイン解析によるapical sparingの検出は，アミロイドーシスを示唆する．
・家族歴，臨床経過，心外病変を基に鑑別し，他の画像検査と組み合わせて診断を進める．
