ASの重症度評価のピットフォールとTAVIの周術期評価のポイント

POINT
・重症度評価においては連続波ドプラ法によるmPG，Vmax，AVAの3つの指標が重要である
・Low flow low gradient ASの重症度評価にはドブタミン負荷エコーが有用である
・経食道心エコーカラードプラ法によるPVL評価は経胃像を含む多断面で行う
