POINT
・僧帽弁逆流は僧帽弁複合体の異常により生じ，メカニズム評価にCarpentier分類が用いられる．
・僧帽弁形成術を検討するうえで，経食道心エコーによる3D surgeon's viewが重要となる．
・経食道心エコーでは形成術の可能性だけではなくSAMや左回旋枝干渉のリスク評価も行う．
