心房性機能性MR　心エコー診断と治療方針は？

POINT
・心房拡大とそれに伴う弁輪拡大が主因で，後尖のhamstringing現象や弁尖の代償的リモデリング不足も関与している．
・軽度の左室拡大と左室収縮機能低下を伴っている場合もある．
・薬物治療で改善しない場合は，カテーテル・アブレーション治療や外科手術，カテーテル的僧帽弁手術を考慮する．
