POINT
・脳梗塞予防のための左心耳閉鎖術を成功させるためには，術前の心耳形態の評価，術中の手技ナビゲーションおよび合併症評価，術後の評価において画像診断が重要な役割を果たす．
・従来から行われてきた経食道心エコーと最近活用が広がってきている心臓造影CTの差異を理解しながら，治療を安全確実に行うためにうまく組み合わせ利用するべきである．
