POINT
●肺静脈隔離術に加えるいわゆるbeyond PVIストラテジーには，現時点では確立された手法はない．
●主なものとして，後壁隔離，低電位領域アブレーションなどがあるが，症例ごとの適応を検討する必要がある．
●マーシャル静脈エタノール注入療法は有望な方法であるが，保険外適応であり，実臨床で使用するにはまだハードルが高い．
