パルスフィールドアブレーションの効果は？

POINT
●2024年から，パルスフィールドアブレーションによる新しい不整脈治療が開始される．
●瞬時に高頻度の高電圧刺激を加えることにより，心筋の細胞死を生じさせる新しいアブレーション法であり，熱（加熱・冷却）を介さない点が従来のアブレーションとは大きく異なる．
●心筋に対する障害閾値が周辺組織よりもはるかに低いために，周囲臓器に影響を与えずに心筋だけを治療することが可能であり，その安全性の高さが期待されている．
