POINT
●心房心筋症は2016年に初めて正式に定義され，病理組織学的に4クラスに分類された．
●心房心筋症という新しい観点から，心房細動の新たな治療戦略に期待したい．
●stiff left atrial syndromeは，比較的新しく認知された，心房細動のアブレーションの合併症である．
