・心理社会的治療の優先度は薬物療法より高い．

・外来診療では心理教育などの低強度の心理的介入をまず行う．

・複雑性心的外傷後ストレス症では，記憶や恐怖だけでなく感情調整の問題や陰性自己概念，対人関係の問題を重視し治療関係の構築を図る．
