Our research project of Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED)from 2023 to 2025, led by Akiko Sugaya, Okayama University, aims to develop a job matching support method for hearingimpaired individuals based on a checklist from prior research from 2020 to 2022, led by Prof. Takashi Nakagawa, Kyushu University. In our project, a trial version of a remote guidance manual was created to improve workplace environments through multidisciplinary collaboration. This manual, written by these hearing specialists, covers five areas:“audiological intervention”,“social welfare intervention”,“communication guidance”,“job coaching”, and “workplace adaptation support”. This report introduces the manual's content.
