〔SUMMARY〕　数千から数万種類の遺伝子の発現変化を網羅的に解析できるcDNAマイクロアレイは，がんの発生，進展のメカニズムを明らかにするのみならず，新たな診断法や治療法の開発に極めて有用である．本稿では，われわれが開発した遺伝子発現情報に基づいた慢性骨髄性白血病(CML)における分子標的治療薬グリベックに対する感受性予測システムとその臨床応用への可能性について概説する．〔臨床検査　49：516-521，2005〕
