CDCガイドラインに基づく院内感染対策

文献概要

〔SUMMARY〕　日本の院内感染対策においてもCDCガイドラインが頻用されるようになってきた．CDCはすでに400以上のガイドラインを公開しており，院内感染対策すべてを網羅している．これらのガイドラインは莫大な数のエビデンスに基づいて作成されており，科学的な院内感染対策を実践するためには不可欠であるといえよう．従来から行われてきた慣習的な感染対策を見直し，真に有効な感染対策を実行するためにはぜひとも必要なガイドラインである．〔臨床検査　49：591-599，2005〕
