血管障害性認知症

　血管障害性認知症の臨床診断基準は，血管障害自体の多様性を反映して，感度や特異度の問題や，不一致率の高さや，互換性のなさがみられる．本論ではNINDS-AIREN criteriaに基づき，症例と神経病理所見を提示して解説を行った．今後，神経病理学的な血管障害性認知症の診断基準を確立することが必要で，この目的には多数例の臨床症状，画像所見，神経病理所見をあわせて検討すること，動的神経病理が重要である．〔臨床検査　50：1149-1154，2006〕
