１) 腎生検組織診断

腎生検は，腎疾患の診療において日常的な検査法の１つとして不可欠となっている．単に疾患診断のみならず，重症度などの病態の評価，治療法選択，予後判定に関しても重要な情報が得られる．しかし，出血などのリスクもあり，安全・確実な腎生検への配慮が必要である．組織診断の原情報としての生検組織標本のクオリティは診断精度への影響が大きい．腎疾患の診断には，生検組織の光顕，免疫染色，電顕による検索が必須とされる．〔臨床検査　50：543-549〕
