生体防御反応におけるケモカインによる白血球サブセットの華麗な動的制御

　生体防御反応としての炎症・免疫反応において特異的白血球の組織浸潤は必須である．その特異性を規定する分子群がケモカインである．また，この数年，炎症と免疫応答が概念的にも一体の現象としてとらえられるようになってきた．本稿では，炎症・免疫応答のダイナミズム，場の形成についてケモカインを中心に最近の情報も加えて概説する．
