子宮adenomatoid tumorにおけるcalretininとpodoplaninの発現：免疫組織化学的研究

　子宮，精巣上体などに発生する稀な良性腫瘍であるadenomatoid tumorの組織起源については，中皮細胞由来が定説化している．中皮細胞のマーカーとして近年用いられるようになったcalretininとpodoplaninが子宮に発生する本腫瘍に発現しているかどうかを免疫組織化学的に検討した．子宮体部adenomatoid tumor 10症例全例において，腫瘍細胞にcalretininとpodoplaninの強い発現を認めた．Calretininでは核と細胞質の両者に，podoplaninでは細胞質に陽性像が見られ，腺腔に面する細胞質の表面には毛羽立ちが見られた．染色感度はpodoplaninのほうがcalretininよりも勝っていたが，podoplaninはリンパ管内皮細胞に陽性を示すため，特異性ではcalretininのほうが優れていた．両者に対する抗体を用いた免疫組織化学は，本腫瘍の確定診断や病変の浸潤範囲の判定に有用であることが示された．
