超音波検査(ICD，CRT-D)

　超音波検査では不整脈を引き起こす可能性のある拡張型心筋症，肥大型心筋症，心筋梗塞，心サルコイドーシス，不整脈源性右室異形成などの基礎的心疾患の有無を検索する．また心機能低下例では致死性不整脈を合併しやすいことが知られているので，左室駆出率，左室径を報告書に記載する．CRTでは収縮同期不全(dyssynchrony)を評価することが必要であるが，現時点ではdyssynchronyの標準的指標は定まっていない．Mモード法，組織ドプラ法などを用いていくつかの指標を算出して総合的に判断する．
