　アポトーシス検出は細胞の薬剤に対する影響などを調べるのに欠かせない実験である．アポトーシスをフローサイトメトリー法で検出することは客観的で迅速な結果を得ることができ，種々の方法を組み合わせることでアポトーシス細胞の様々な情報を得ることが可能である．
