文献購入ページに移動 HLAの血清学タイピングに使用する目的で作製された抗HLAモノクローナル抗体が,フローサイトメトリーでも利用可能であることがわかり,ミスマッチHLAをマーカーとした同種移植後のキメリズム解析法が考案された.本キメリズム解析法(HLA-FACS法)には,フローサイトメトリーのもつ多くの利点が生かされており,HLAミスマッチ移植後の様々な病態の診断やメカニズムの解明に極めて有力な手段となる可能性がある.
