Linear array HPV遺伝子型検出法―ウォーターバス法とドライエアインキュベーター法の比較検討

　37種類のヒト乳頭腫ウイルス(human papillomavirus；HPV)遺伝子型を同時に認識可能なlinear arrayによる検査キットで，ウォーターバス(原法)の代わりにドライエアインキュベーター(変法)を使うことの可否を検討した．

　子宮頸部からの58例の液状細胞標本を用い，原法と変法とでHPV遺伝子型を検出し両者の一致率を検討した．

　58例中57例(98.3%)で判定は一致し変法でもHPVの検出に差はなかった．
