抗アミノアシルtRNA合成酵素抗体症候群

　皮膚筋炎・多発性筋炎(PM/DM)では病型分類が重要であるが，PM/DMにおいて多様な自己抗体がみられ，自己抗体により分類する試みがなされてきた．PM/DMに特異的な抗アミノアシルtRNA合成酵素(ARS)抗体は6種類報告されている．抗ARS抗体陽性例では筋症状のほかに間質性肺炎，レイノー現象，多発関節炎，発熱，機械工の手など共通の病像がみられる．また筋病変・肺病変ともにステロイド反応性は良好だが再燃しやすい．抗Jo-1抗体はELISAや二重免疫拡散法で測定できるが，その他の抗ARS抗体は主にRNA免疫沈降法が用いられ，研究室レベルでの測定にとどまっている．
