薬剤耐性インフルエンザ菌

　インフルエンザ菌は肺炎などの市中呼吸器感染症の主要な原因菌の一つであり，急性中耳炎・副鼻腔炎や小児化膿性髄膜炎を起こす菌としても重要である．近年，β-ラクタム系薬のみならず，キノロン系薬など他系統の抗菌薬にも耐性を示す，多剤耐性のインフルエンザ菌が分離され始めている．
