感染制御に必要な基本的知識―標準予防策，感染経路別予防策

はじめに

　感染対策においては「標準予防策」と「感染経路別予防策」を熟知することは極めて重要である¹⁾．特に，標準予防策はすべての医療現場でのすべての患者のケアで実施されるべき対策であり，その理解なくして感染対策は成り立たない．

　本稿では標準予防策の新しい要素である「咳エチケット」，「安全な注射手技」，「腰椎処置(脊髄造影や硬膜外麻酔など)における外科用マスクの装着」を詳細に解説すると同時に，アスペルギルス対策としての「防護環境」についても説明することとした．
