感染症の迅速診断

　感染症領域のPOCT検査はイムノクロマトグラフィ法がよく利用されている．インフルエンザ抗原，A群溶連菌(GAS)抗原，肺炎球菌尿中抗原，レジオネラ尿中抗原，RSV抗原，アデノウイルス抗原などが比較的利用頻度が高い．どの検査も特異度は非常に高いが感度はそれほど高くないので，除外診断には利用しにくい．検査結果で単純に疾患の有無を決めるのではなく，検査前確率を考慮し，病歴や診察所見と合わせて判断すべきである．
