脳卒中の予防

文献購入ページに移動 脳卒中の危険因子については脳卒中の病型別にみる必要があるものの,高血圧,糖尿病,喫煙,多量飲酒や心房細動は確立された危険因子であり,脂質異常症も危険因子である可能性がある.こういった古典的危険因子は生活習慣と密接な関連があるため,生活習慣の改善によって危険因子を管理・予防し,脳卒中の予防をはかることができる.具体的に言えば,適正な体重,血糖や血清脂質の維持を目標にした適正なエネルギーおよび栄養素の摂取,塩分摂取の制限,野菜や果物の積極的な摂取,有酸素運動,禁煙,適量飲酒やストレス管理などを実践することが脳卒中の予防につながる.
