抗菌薬と腸内細菌叢

1. はじめに

　抗菌薬が腸内細菌に及ぼす影響が問題となっている．NDM-1(New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase 1)産生菌は，インド国内で抗菌薬が処方箋なしに購入できることが一因とされる^1）．このような原因で，有効な抗菌薬が存在しない耐性菌が生まれるのは脅威と言える．膨大な数の細菌から構成される大腸腸内細菌叢は，それほどまでに抗菌薬に対してデリケートなのだろうか．また，耐性菌予防の観点から対策はあるのだろうか．
