更年期におけるホルモン補充療法に必要な検査

1 . はじめに

　ホルモン補充療法(hormone replacement therapy；HRT)ガイドライン^1）では，HRTを施行する前ならびに施行中，図1のような管理指針にしたがって諸検査を行うことが示されている．ここでは主な検査項目について，なぜこれらの検査が必要かということを示しながら概説する．
