IgG4関連疾患の検査と診断

IgG4関連疾患は，高IgG4血症と罹患臓器への著明なIgG4陽性形質細胞浸潤を特徴とする慢性炎症性疾患である．その診断には，罹患臓器の腫脹または肥厚を確認するための画像所見，上記血清学的所見および病理組織学的所見が重要となる．この病態では悪性腫瘍を除外することが必須であり，かつ同一個人に時間的・空間的に多発する合併症を認めることがあるため，全身を検索しなければならない．
