ポイント

・免疫調節薬(IMIDs)は強い血管新生抑制作用をはじめとし，多様なMM抑制作用を有する．

・2012年現在，わが国で使用可能なIMIDsであるサリドマイドとレナリドマイドは，妊婦への薬害の経緯から厳密な薬剤管理システムの元でのみ投与が可能である．

・薬剤管理の基本は厳密な薬剤の保管と妊娠回避である．

・妊娠回避から，男性と妊娠可能女性と妊娠のない女性の3群での薬剤保管が行われている．
