Question 24　心血管マーカーの組み合わせと使い分けについて教えてください

ポイント

・急性冠症候群の診療では，トロポニン，BNPと高感度CRPの組み合わせが，より精度の高いリスク層別化や治療効果の予測を可能にする．

・トロポニンTとH-FABP両者の定性測定を外来受診時に実施し，心筋梗塞の診断やリスク層別化を行うことが推奨される．

・心不全と同様，急性冠症候群においてもBNPとNT-proBNPの重症度やリスク層別化における精度は同等である．

・シスタチンCはクレアチニンより正確に糸球体濾過値を評価できる．
