Question 32　基質特異性拡張型βラクタマーゼやメタロβラクタマーゼを産生するグラム陰性桿菌の検出方法を教えてください

ポイント

・耐性菌の検出にとって正しく薬剤感受性検査が実施されていることが最も重要である．そのためには，検査に対して精度管理が常に正しく実施されていなければならない．

・CLSIがそのドキュメントに記載している基質特異性拡張型βラクタマーゼのスクリーニング検査と確認検査は有用な検査法である．

・メタロβラクタマーゼの検出法として，キレート剤の共存下においてβラクタム薬の感受性が回復することを利用した方法が有用である．本邦ではsodium mercaptoacetic acidが，諸外国ではEDTAがそれぞれ汎用されている．
