Question 40　クォンティフェロン^®検査における判定保留，判定不可とはどのような意味ですか？

ポイント

・判定保留は，その患者背景の結核感染率によって解釈が異なり，結核感染率が高いと想定される場合は，陽性相当と判断する．

・判定不可は，細胞性免疫応答が低下している，あるいは亢進しているためIFN-γを用いたassayでは判定ができないことを意味する．
