間質性肺炎の画像診断―IIP(IPF，NSIP，COP)を中心に

比較的遭遇する頻度の高いIIP(IPF，NSIP，COP)の画像所見をレビューし，また，間質性肺疾患の画像診断の今後の課題についても触れた．multidisciplinary approachの中で，HRCTは重要な診断的手法であり，その典型像を背景の病理学的所見とともに理解しておくことが重要である．
