血栓形成におけるADAMTS13の役割

■高ずり応力下でVWFマルチマーが引き伸ばされることで切断部位が露出し,ADAMTS13によって切断される.
■VWF-ADAMTS13軸を基盤とした微小動脈血栓症成立メカニズムが明らかとなった.
■脳梗塞,心筋梗塞などの典型的動脈血栓症にもVWF-ADAMTS13軸が関与している.
