ADAMTS13と肝細胞癌

■ADAMTS13は肝臓の星細胞により特異的に産生される．

■動物の肝障害モデルにおいて，血中ADAMTS13活性は星細胞による産生に強く規定される．

■ウイルス性慢性肝障害例で血中ADAMTS13活性が高い症例ほど，後の肝細胞癌発症頻度が高かった．
